You are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Once a payment is accepted you will receive an email confirming your booking.

A bank transfer is the preferred method of payment. We will also accept payments on Visa or Master Card or American Express.

NOTE: Deposits are fully refundable up until a month before the date you booked. After this time if we are able to rebook with another guest we refund the deposit less a processing fee of $50.

We usually reschedule a booking to suit guests whose circumstances change.
However if we can’t reschedule or rebook we will refund 50% of the deposit up to 2 weeks and you would forfeit the full deposit if you cancel within 2 weeks and we are unable the reschedule your booking or rebook the cottage to another guest.

During Covid we fully refunded or rescheduled all deposits with no penalty.
